Entrepreneurs, by far, have one of the most significant impacts on civilization. It is they who determine the temporal welfare of our communities. And successful entrepreneurs either affect it for good or for ill.
At Æstus, we recognize that to make life better for our fellow men. We must help those on whom we depend so much. We feel called to lead in a better world, and we do that by assisting the world's entrepreneurs in improving society.
Not all entrepreneurs lead organizations that are happy and successful. Often, this is not because they are awful people but may only need a little help being pointed in what direction they should go. At Æstus, we guide organizations to prosperity, peace of mind, and meaning.

Natural Progression
Æstus is Latin for the surge of a tide, symbolizing life's constant ebb and flow. It reminds us of the natural progression of things. Some entrepreneurs may seek cheap band-aids and quick fixes to solve their problems, but these only leave their underlying problems unaltered.
Nature understands that to build strong; you build slow. You build here a little and there a little. The same is true for our organizations. At Æstus, we don't help entrepreneurs and their organizations just appear successful. We help them genuinely prosper for the long term, leading to abundance, independence, satisfaction, and friendship.
